Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Time

India Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Area Deliveries: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products and promotions.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking page.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

UrbanPick is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier company, we will either resend the product or provide a refund based on the situation.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges and return handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
